Interim HR Change & Comms Lead (Shared Services)

Interim HR Change Communications Lead (Shared Services) - London - 6 months - £500 to £650 per day

My client, an industry leading organisation, are going through a significant period of transformation experienced HR Change & Communications lead to join their team to help them move from a local to a Shared Services model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the agreed stakeholder plan
  • Support the Business Change programme
  • Monitor the effectiveness of communications
  • Effectively communicate the changes across the business
  • Develop and manage trusted stakeholder relationships with IC heads and senior managers across the organisation.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships throughout the organisation and have the ability to drive and implement multiple projects at the same time

Needed Experience

  • Proven experience of change and communications within a large and diverse and global organisation
  • Extensive experience of working on HR shared services transformation programmes
  • Sufficient breadth of specialist knowledge in the specialist subject/discipline to advise on specialist subject.
