My client, a fantastic and growing international Charity brand now required an HR Director to join them on a permanent basis.
As HR Director you will be an integral member of the Executive Management Team, playing a key role in strategic decision making and thought leadership as you develop and implement the organisation's global HR strategy in line with its ambitious international expansion plans.
To be considered you will be an experienced and highly credible senior HR professional with a broad HR Generalist skill set and a strong track record of supporting rapid international expansion across multiple geographies. This should ideally include emerging regions such as sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America. You'll also possess first class communication and interpersonal skills, excellent influencing skills and will be completely at home operating in an incredibly fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
