My client are a global renewable energy business based in Victoria. They require an experienced recruitment administrator to work alongside the recruitment team to provide end to end high volume support for the business in the UK.

Reporting into the recruitment manager duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Updating/managing recruitment trackers

  • Reporting on recruitment data

  • Uploading CVs on to the database

  • Liaising with recruitment agencies

  • Responding to candidate queries and providing feedback

  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates

  • Sending out necessary testing

  • Arranging and attending recruitment events

  • Creating contractual paperwork

  • Managing the pre-employment screening process

  • Supporting with on-boarding of new starters

  • Updating SAP with new starter information

Skills/Experience required:

  • Degree educated or equivalent

  • Previous recruitment admin experience

  • Experience of working within a fast-paced, high volume environment

  • Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and push back when necessary

  • Good at multi-tasking

  • Delivery focused

  • Strong customer focus

  • Great attention to detail

As this is an interim role, you must be available immediately or on short notice to be considered.
