Organisational Development Business Partner

You will be expected to work in partnership with managers and with Head of Service to ensure a holistic organisational development approach.

Client Details

A large not-for-profit organisation based in West Yorkshire, who have recently gone through change.


The main priorities of the role are to ensure a provision of high quality OD service, management of the organisational change, training needs analysis etc.


The ideal candidate will have a strong OD and L&D background and confident to work with the leadership team.
