Role: Recruitment Manager
Location: West London
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 - experience dependent
My client, a UK-leading Technology company are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. You will be recruiting some highly unique positions that are specialist to their field of work, so you must have the confidence to take on a new challenge and adapt your recruitment skills. An experienced Recruitment Manager is exactly what they need, so internal experience is a must.
You will work closely in a highly collaborative team of Recruiters and HR Generalists, with line management. As a business they are passionate about developing their staff and offer outstanding benefits employer brand is at the forefront of their mind in a highly competitive market.
Duties will include:
Partnering with senior Hiring Managers so proven experience and a natural ability to build relationships is a must
Drive new initiatives and continue to think of improvements in all areas of recruitment
Develop research strategies and improve processes
End to end recruitment from pipeling candidates and interviewing
