We are delighted to bring to the market a truly exciting HR Manager role that is centered around taking this business through a period of positive change and modernisation.
Supporting a headcount of circa 100 staff, you will work closely with the newly appointed Senior Leadership Team and report into an inspiring CEO.
You will have full autonomy to lead and drive this HR function with the support of a HR Administrator to reinvent the business offering for its HR service and bespoke it to the present and future business requirements.
You will have strong experience of delivering a fully compliant and engaging HR offering from within a highly commercial sector that may include hospitality, retail, or FMCG.
You will be a hands-on HR professional who is used to working in an SME environment where you have implemented policies, procedures, reviewed T&C's and developed a positive proactive HR service and a culture of ownership.
This is a Unionised environment steeped in tradition that requires you to demonstrate outstanding influencing and negotiating skills in order to achieve the required change and progress. It is therefore essential that you have experience in this area of working with Unions.
