Your new role
The Reward Advisor will work as apart of the Reward team to deliver a full compensation and benefits service across the UK business. The Reward Advisor will produce and analyse benchmarking data, research and make recommendations on reward initiatives, support annual reward activities, provide reward & benefits advice and guidance, and support reward based projects. The role is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience gained from within a Reward specialist role, from within a corporate organisation. You will be able to demonstrate strong analytical expertise and experience supporting reward activities. Candidates will have strong IT and numerical skills, in particular advanced excel.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 plus excellent benefits
