Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting a priority hire for a specialist Recruitment Manager for our client, a specialist financial services organisation based in the City. Our client has undergone a very positive transformation both across the EMEA part of the business and also in HR.

They are now looking for a specialist Recruitment Manager to take ownership of the recruitment process, for interim and permanent roles, also with oversight of low volume graduate hiring.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Global Head of Talent and Business Partners to deliver Resourcing activity, planning and execution.

  • Full ownership of the recruitment approval process

  • Create Resourcing plans to meet needs of the business

  • Report on SLA metrics and success measure on a timely and regular basis

  • Be able to identify internal and external talent through direct sourcing methods

  • Recruitment training and mentoring to managers at all levels

  • Third party liaison including monitoring of PSL and maintaining positive relationships with agencies

  • Global Resourcing / input into recruitment

  • Responsible for ensuring that all recruitment administration is effectively co-ordinated and ensure timely feedback to candidate, agencies and hiring managers.

  • Act as a key member of the HR team and management teams of the business providing commercial and quantitative MI enabling the business to make effective decisions.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong key stakeholder management skills

  • Significant Resourcing experience in a high paced, high delivery environment

  • The ability to work as an effective and successful HR professional with extensive experience working within large, well regarded, highly international organisations which are multi-cultural and not overly-centralised

  • Strong leadership and people -management skills(including performance development principles and ability to identify and challenge poor performance)

  • Personal energy and commitment to achieving required outcomes

  • Previous experience of e-recruitment systems and on line assessment/psychometric tools.
