Training Manager EMEA

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a global FMCG organisation as their EMEA headquarters in Uxbridge.  As Training Manager EMEA you will be responsible for all online learning and mandatory training programmes across the EMEA.  You will utilise new learning technologies within the role and operate as the central point of contact for Talent Development across the EMEA region.  This is a broad role with responsibility for the development, deliver, coordination and administration of key programmes across the business.


The successful applicant shall have previous experience within training and development and have experience of the full training life cycle incorporation design, delivery, evaluation and reporting.  You will have had previous experience of learning management systems and technical knowledge when it comes to the use of learning technologies.  Advanced MS office skills are a must for this role together with excellent oral and written communication skills.  Some travel will be required for the role.
