Annapurna's HR Transformation team have been engaged on the delivery of a number of positions for a large FTSE leading organisation.

This is a truly unique opportunity to work for a world leading brand going through revolutionary change within their HR function. This role sits at the heart, within the HR COO function, managing the successful delivery of the various business units. Its remit, amongst many things, will be to work closely with senior stakeholders, enabling growth and ensuring market leading employee experience.

The successful candidate will be required to have the capability to successfully budget manage within a fast moving, global, highly complex, matrix organisation. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills will be key to the success of this role and individual in the years further down the line in the career art the organisation.

There is truly a wide variety of backgrounds that we will be considering for our client, however, the key will be experience in large, complex organisations, within HR teams, ideally going through change.

The senior visibility this role will offer, for the right individual, will propel you quickly thought the organisation.
