Your new role
The HR Generalist is a standalone HR position responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive HR service to the organisation. Key responsibilities will include supporting recruitment & onboarding processes, workforce planning & rotas, collating payroll hours & data and maintaining HR systems. The HR Generalist will also need to review HR systems and processes and ensure these are updated as required.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a strong HR Generalist with strong administrative and coordination skills. Candidates should have good knowledge of employment law, be well organised and be able to build relationships with people at all levels.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £22,000 to £28,000 plus benefits
