Your new company
Our client based in Bicester are currently seeking a German Speaking HR Advisor to join their ever growing team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic HR professional to be a part of an exciting and fast paced organisation.

Your new role
As HR Advisor you will be responsible for providing Administrative support in the Recruitment, on-boarding and payroll processes. You will develop excellent working relationships with the wider business as well as external stakeholders. Other accountability's will also include; preparing and issuing correspondence to employees as well as responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this position you will be a German speaker and preferably have experience within a similar role. You will be able to prioritise a busy, demanding workload whilst remaining calm under pressure. You will have a proactive attitude, the ability to build strong working relationships and have a sound knowledge of HR systems.


What you'll get in return
