Interim Recruitment Manager - 2 months - £200/£275 p/d

I am working with a fashion retailer who are looking for a Recruitment Manager on an interim basis to support with the volume of roles they currently have on at the moment. You will work with internal client groups to advise and guide through the recruitment process.

You will essentially own all internally-focused activity in the recruiting cycle with a focus on recruitment forecasting, candidate selection, offer management, on-boarding, candidate experience and reporting.

You must have the following key requirements:

  • Experience of working in a recruitment manager in a fast-paced business environment
  • Strong understanding of the legal framework surrounding recruitment, e.g. Equalities Act, Data Protection, Right to Work, etc.
  • Fantastic stakeholder management skills
  • Outstanding candidate management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple vacancies whilst providing a high-quality service
  • Proactively work with hiring managers to forecast their future recruitment needs, and understand where they have skills gaps, flight risks, etc.
