Our client, an award-winning Media business, are seeking an experience Technical Recruiter to join their Bristol team covering both their permanent and contract remit. You will take responsibility for the delivery of all technical hires, so a good knowledge of the UK tech talent market.
Ideally looking for someone with delivery, test or gerneralist background. You must have a strong network and experience recruiting for QA, .net, UX and front end roles. You will be Bristol based, but you must be open to spending time in their London office and on client sites to build relationships with the internal stakeholders and other TA team members. Being able to really partner with the business is vital for this role.
You will be working closely with the direct recruitment channels, ensuring candidates of the highest quality are coming through the door.
Duties will include:
Sourcing, selecting and screening candidate shortlists for all technical hires
Creating pipelines for key roles
Support in researching and implementing new tools for the team to improve their capability
Pro-actively building industry knowledge and network extensively to source relevant events
You will be a diversity of roles across the technical space, from .net, java, developers, project managers and technical architects. Experience in delivering talent projects as well as day to day recruitment is key.
Paying up to £45,000 dependent on experience, you will be based in their London ir Bristol office. Get in touch today!
