Are you an HR Generalist wanting to work within a creative and growing business? My client, a British innovative design brand, is looking for a People Assistant to join their team.
This brand is a truly British design and manufacturing brand leading the design and creation of products featuring in people's homes, hotels, restaurants, private venues and other commercial spaces. With offices in London, New York and Hong Kong, this growing organisation has plans to continue its success in providing quality products to their well -established customer base, which is set to expand over the next 5 years.
With around 150 employees across their main locations, you will be responsible for generalist HR duties including the management of the employee life cycle, processing all starters/ leavers and ensuring all records are maintained and up to date. You will assist with the recruitment process, writing and posting job adverts, screening CV's and assisting with interviews as well as drafting offer letters and generating contracts. You will be the first point of contact for employees with any HR related queries and will support the processing of payroll.

Attention to detail is key, being naturally organised and possessing strong communication skills will set you up well for this role.
