We're currently working on a superb opportunity for a Graduate & Lateral Recruitment Coordinator to join our client - a global investment bank.
This role will be hugely involved in the graduate recruitment cycle, supporting just one Recruiter with all stages from strategy, marketing, to assessment and hire - including organising and attending campus events.
On the lateral recruitment side you'll support two Recruiters with all senior hires, both 'front office' and corporate functions. This will be terrific exposure to all divisions of the bank, and with a reporting line into the Head of Talent - a role that is fully immersed in the team.
Further responsibilities would include:
Assisting with screening CV's, conducting Skype and telephone interviews for graduate hires
Support the planning strategy and implementation
Coordinate advertising and marketing
Manage candidate enquiries / recruitment inbox
Occasionally proactively sourcing candidates - LinkedIn, networking and so on
Assisting with facilitation of all recruitment events
The team are flat structured, work very closely together and therefore need someone to join their team that is sociable, confident, willing to muck in.
Other requirements are:
1-3 years of experience supporting recruitment, ideally graduate or early careers focused
Experience working in a financial or professional services firm
Confident with proactive candidate sourcing methods such as making approaches on LinkedIn
A fast pace but incredibly high standard of attention to detail
