We're currently working with a global investment bank on a superb opportunity to join the HR team for front office/investment banking (IB). This post will naturally require someone with a highly service driven approach, that thrives in a fast-paced environment and that can be proactive and steps ahead.
Responsibilities will include:
Recruitment - managing approvals to onboarding
Managing graduate recruitment end to end
Assisting / managing ER issues (performance management, disciplinaries, redundancies and so on)
Managing MI ensuring data is kept to a high standard, and using this to pull off various reports
Assist the wider HR for IB team with year-end, and Analyst year-end compensation processes
Work closely with the team to manage performance review processes including input in committee meetings
Implement training needs, advising on suitable courses and organising with third parties
Ad-hoc HR projects as required by Heads of HR or IB Senior Management
Candidates suitable for this opportunity will:
Have worked in a financial services firm such as investment bank or asset management
Have circa 3 years+ of experience in an HR role
Be very confident, flexible and driven - this is a demanding client group and will require a 'thick skin'
