Ashley Kate Finance are currently looking for an HR / Payroll Administrator for a full time 12 month fixed term contract in Leeds.

This role is an immediate start and is for maternity cover.

You will be joining a positive friendly team who need someone who has both payroll and HR administration experience. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your role will include generating and checking of monthly payroll, controlling and replying to colleagues on any queries and guidance that is required. Processing of payroll for circa 1500 colleagues, also processing any salary increases and allowances over and above the standard payroll, resolving payroll queries in an effective manner, all other HR and payroll related administration tasks. You will be responsible for delivering a first class service within a fast paced environment.

HR / Payroll Administrator - Qualifications & experience:
·Payroll and Administrator experience is essential
·Strong IT skills including Word and Excel
·Experience on SAP / NGN and Me is desirable but not essential
·Excellent communication skills
·Ability to calculate a gross to net payment
·Understanding of current legislation
·Customer service experience

This is a full-time role with a salary of £20,000 - £23,000.
