Oakleaf Partnership is working with a well known and highly regarding bank based in Central London. They have an opportunity for an Executive Reward Analyst to join their team.
As an Executive Reward Analyst, you will be supporting the Executive and Regulatory Reward team and will be responsible for:
Delivering executive pay and bonuses to Material risk takers
Setting policies and managing queries surrounding remuneration
Implementing the companies reward strategy across the executive population
Leading on external benchmarking
Manning all areas of pay including the regulatory proposition for the executive population
You must have experience of working within reward and will have a strong knowledge and be able to plan and execute pay and bonus reviews.
