Our client a well known professional service firm are looking for a HR system specialist to join their team. Based in Birmingham city centre you will work as part of a shared service team to deliver two key HR system projects. This role is project based and requires expert technology knowledge of a variety of HR systems.


Your main responsibilities

  • Provide support on a major transformation project transitioning HR system
  • Create system testing plans to ensure it is fit for purpose before roll out
  • Assess the impact of these change projects on operational teams
  • Manage projects with third party providers to ensure a smooth transition of HR system
  • Work closely with the IT function to mitigate any problems
  • Responding to system queries

Personal specification

  • Must have experience using Success factors, PeopleSoft and SQL - Essential
  • Experience creating action plans around system changes
  • Previous experience working on a variety of HR projects
  • Experience advising on HR technologies
  • Expert knowledge surrounding HR technologies
