Your new role
A varied HR role in a fast paced business, supporting the HR Manager on all aspects of HR service delivery. This includes working with Managers on people issues and resolving employee queries. The role encompasses recruitment, ER including advice and guidance and casework across the spectrum from basic to complex and upskilling Managers in all relevant areas of HR.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or studying towards the CIPD qualification. You will have a depth and breath of HR experience ideally within a manufacturing or blue collar environment. You will likely to have worked in a large organisation and have a "can do" approach to your work, with the ability to prioritise a busy work load.
