ER Manager

The focus of the role will be predominately on ER activity incorporating grievance, disciplinary, tribunal preparation, merger & acquisition activity, as well as redundancy and TU negotiation. The role will also be responsible for developing and looking after the reward and pay offering for the UK.

Client Details

The client is a PLC that has just come out of a merger with it's now sister company in Europe. This has been a very positive process and has made the business more successful.

The role is to be based in Basingstoke 5 days a week and will work collaboratively with the wider HR population out in the field and the corporate functions.

The successful candidate must be able to travel to Basingstoke 5 days a week. This role needs to own all ER activity in the business as well as looking after Reward and benefits work. It is also important for this person to have interacted with similar business populations in a blue collar environment.

Job Offer

£60k - £70k, £5k car, benefits
