Your new role
The role is varied and encompasses a range of HR duties including HR administration, providing first line advice and guidance to employees and line managers. You will have the support of a remote HRBP to escalate complex or difficult queries.
What you'll need to succeed
A solid base of HR experience and a flexible attitude to your work, as the job will be picking up whatever HR work is necessary. This will include doing HR admin tasks alongside some more interesting work. You will have good systems skills including Excel and have an enthusiastic approach to your work. You will need to be available to start immediately.
