HRIS Implementation Poject Manager - Oracle Fusion
I am working with a well known global charity in recruiting for an Oracle Fusion HR Systems Implementation project role. The Project Implementation Manager will provide strong management, business analysis and problem-solving expertise and be responsible for the planning and implementation on a global scale. The role will oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of the HRIS, as well as how the system interfaces with other systems. The role will support the development and maintenance of the system, including data quality and reporting solutions and metrics.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the external implementation partner's Project Manager to ensure the project is delivered on time and pragmatic solutions are created for successful delivery.
- Manage service requests raised to the Implementation Partner and Oracle to ensure they are being dealt with in a timely manner. you will act as the escalation point for any dissatisfaction with service/responsiveness/solution with the implementation partner or Oracle for all matters arising as part of the implementation of the HRIS solution.
- Be the technical lead within the People and Organisational Development Team and line of support for any Fusion related queries.
- Create and maintain the reporting function of the HRIS in conjunction with IT.
You will be responsible for building and managing relationships to ensure stakeholders are engaged and working towards the timelines set so strong relation management skills are required. You will be able to demonstrate strong project management skills and will have led or worked closely to the project leads in previous roles working with Oracle fusion or similar cloud based HRIS systems.
