Interim HR Business Partner
Your new role
We are currently recruiting a HRBP for the Birmingham site of this large commercial organisation. Working as part of a larger HR team, you will provide a full generalist business partner service, with a focus on employee relations. You will be both supporting line managers and leading on a range of disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and performance management issues, working in a unionised environment.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner or Manager, who has a background in managing ER cases and redundancies. This is an immediate requirement, therefore candidates should be immediately available.
