My client is a leading retail organisation. They are looking for a Reward Manager to join them on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract basis.

You will be part of a team that is going to define and deliver the Benefits Strategy including the management and delivery of the benefits platform re-tender, associated implementation and all associated benefits. You will also manage ongoing BAU benefits activity, stakeholder engagement and provider management to deliver this whilst the project is in design and leading to launch.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage suppliers to delivery services to agree SLAs across core, flexible and voluntary benefits

  • Work with the Reward team to deliver the total reward strategy and package; specifically to lead the retender process

  • Delivery of the reward plan including core reward deliverables such as job evaluations, benchmark advice, management of annual salary and bonus cycles

  • Manage the standard Benefit enrolment windows, working with benefits providers

  • Working with internal tax, managing the reward element of the P11d process to ensure this is accurately collated and submitted

The successful candidate will have:

  • Relevant experience in benefits strategy execution and design of holistic benefits packages

  • Proven track record delivering significant change programmes related to holistic benefit strategies in large organisations

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

  • Experience of working within a dynamic and customer focused environment

  • Knowledge of Towers Watson job evaluation or equivalent
