Senior HR Business Partner
£50-55k + benefits

Are you a Business Partner with experience of transformation and culture change?
We are looking for a Senior Business Partner to join a leading technology business based in south Birmingham.
This is a key appointment for our client, to support both HR's agenda in the business and the organisation's drive toward becoming more customer centric and commercial. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic and operational HR solutions which align to the overall business strategy.
This is an opportunity for a business partner who has experience in similar roles, where you have translated strategic ideas and then delivered in a 'hands on' operational way. Your role will overlap with several other HR functions, so will provide support to the Reward and Talent managers in defining the companies' needs moving forwards. You will be given support by the Services team but retain overview of ER.
We are looking for the following skills/experience:
An experienced Business Partner, within the tech, financial or professional services sectors - able to show a track record in strategic partnering roles
Ability to coach senior managers
Significant experience delivering on key large organisational projects
Experience of dealing with change and transformation in an organisation
Good technical knowledge of employment legislation and experience managing employee relations cases
Able to work with agility/pace in a duel strategic/operational role
