Senior Reward Policy & JE Advisor

Senior HR Advisor for a specialist team delivering work across Pay, Reward, HR Policy and Job Evaluation.

You will be working as part of a specialist team who provide a broad ranging service including Pay, reward, Policy development and job evaluation.

As a Senior HR Policy, Pay & Reward Advisor you will be working with a variety of senior stakeholders in different organisations, providing advice & guidance on Pay Awards, Policy Development, pension, HR analysis, and Job Evaluation.

You will be working as part of a team and you will have a variety of project work :

  • Pay Awards
  • Policy Development / Updates
  • Job Evaluation
  • HR data analysis / reporting
  • Managing Pay & Policy projects interfacing with Payroll / Finance / HR and stakeholders

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strengths & experiences within Reward, Compensation & Benefits, HR analytics, HR systems reporting and ideally Job Evaluation (Hay)

You will need effective communication skills to work across a range of stakeholders, able to assimilate a variety of complex data and information. Advanced Excel skills to analyse data would be an advantage

This is initially a fixed term contract for 6 to 9 months but also likely to have longer term potential

The role is offered on either a full time or part time basis with a broad range of flexibility options will be considered - eg Office / Home working combination.
