Your new role
This newly created role is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious and accomplished recruiter to carve out the role as their own. You will come in and hit the ground running taking over the full recruitment process and streamlining it, with the opportunity to take full ownership. This 'hands on' role will be involved in the whole recruitment process through to on-boarding.
You will work with the Operations Manager and hiring managers to define the firm's recruitment strategy. You will also have a keen interest in HR as you will be expected to pick up on HR projects and tasks as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a "hand's on" go getter, with a commercial mind set. You will have worked in a high pressure recruitment function, ideally within financial or professional services either Agency or In-house. Ideally you will also have a strong interest in HR.
