My client, a leading Technology business are looking for a Senior L&D Manager to join their HQ People team. Based in their London offices, you will be leading on both the strategy and delivery of learning and development. Solid experience in a similar L&D Manager role is crucial, as well as management experience.
Technology experience is advantageous when it comes to working closely with other Business Partners and Managers across the business. A strong understanding and passion for improving all learning solutions and iniatitives is key, as well as experience covering the full training life cycle from training needs analysis to delivery. You will align with the current L&D offering by reviewing, delivering and managing all processes and content.
You must be a content design expert with a proven track record and lead the team in this regard. Your contect design will ideally be in both L&D as well as experiential events.
Duties will include:
Create and deliver training to partners and colleagues at all levels
Working closely with external delivery partners
Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the business
Designing learning solutions
Analyse data and KPIs to identify areas of improvement
Solid experience in line with the above is essential for this role as they need someone who can come in and really hit the ground running whilst leading the team.
