Senior Learning and Development Business Partner

My client is one of the largest housing associations in London creating over 55000 houses across London and the South East. Winners of the Investors In People Award they not only succeed expectation internally with their employees but externally with their clients and community projects! They are looking to recruit a Senior Learning and Development Business Partner to join their growing Learning and Organisational Development teams.

You will play a key part in a team who are passionate about people development and are trusted throughout the business.

To support the fulfilment off the L&OD vision of creating a learning culture, through the development and delivery of the L&OD strategy. Leading a team of business partners to provide an integrated L&D service aligned to business objectives.

You will have excellent experience working within L&D whilst additionally leading and developing an L&D team yourself. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work with multiple stakeholders and prioritise your own and others workloads and employ management principles. You will have experience managing a budget and will have rolled out large learning initiatives across a high performing organisation. You will have worked on talent management plans covering the 9 box grid and delivering programmes to senior level employees. The ability to coach and nurture will be integral to the development of your team but equally to support the organisation as a whole.

This role has 5 direct reports and will in it self report to the Head of Learning and Organisational Development. Your client groups will cover multiple areas via your team with some cross over with direct partnering with the IT and Finance departments yourself.

You will need to be educated to degree level or relevant experience and training. You will hold your CIPD or studying towards this. Experience of using psychometric tools and Talent management assessment would be desirable.
