Learning and Development Solutions Manager - £55-£60k based in London. This role requires you to hold a UK driving licence and car for travel to sites.

Leading a team of L&D Delivery Consultants and working closely with the L&D Business Partnering team to ensure identified organisational learning needs are captured and addressed through the delivery of the organisations learning curriculum. Both of these roles are equal to each other in terms of leadership but deliver in different areas.
You will have excellent experience working within L&D and leadership experience. This team has grown so you will need the ability to lead by example and develop new team members. You will have Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with a proven record of preparing and delivering persuasive, high quality, written and verbal reports and presentations to a senior audience. You will be able to evidence your experience working with external suppliers and contract management across multiple teams. This role will require previous work on applying all areas of the learning cycle and a strong understanding of adult learning.
This role has 8 direct reports covering L&D delivery consultants, Digital E learning designer and the IT & Business Coach. You will have the ability to engage team spirit and a strong understanding of organisational development and change psychology. You will have designed and delivered senior leadership training.
You will need to be educated to degree level or relevant experience and training. You will hold your CIPD or studying towards this. Experience of using psychometric tools and Talent management assessment would be desirable.
