We're working with a dynamic, sociable private equity firm on a superb opportunity for an HR Assistant to join their small team of 3.
The team are somewhat new, in having only began implementing HR processes 1 year or so ago. Thus there is development potential for this person and an opportunity to be creative, come up with solutions, initiatives etc.
The role will cover all generalist HR Admin, and coordination of processes etc. You'll have exposure to implementation of new initiatives, structures for L&D and so on, developing your own skillset over time to being an Advisor to the business.
Suitable candidates must have experience in a generalist HR role, be educated to degree level and be ambitious but with a muck in attitude.
