An exciting opportunity for a HR Assistant to join a leading company based in Reading. This is a permanent role.

Description

The HR Assistant will be responsible for:-

  • Working with HR consultants to understand the client requirements
  • Assist with queries from clients over email and telephone
  • Develop employee handbooks
  • Draft contracts
  • Prepare files advance of meetings
  • Attend meeting to support on disciplinaries
  • Update policies
  • Assist with projects when required

Profile

The HR Assistant will have exposure to a HR department and worked within a HR administration role. Degree or equivalent is required as is a desire to study towards HR qualifications
