My client are a managed legal services business based in the city. They support clients with teams of lawyers and paralegals as an extension of their in-house team. Due to growth and an extremely busy period of time for the client, they require an HR/team coordinator to join them asap.
The primary focus of the role is to contribute to the ongoing development of the service and act as the first point of contact for both the client and consultants.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Allocating incoming work from the client to consultants in the team
Monitoring progression of tasks
Maintaining contact with consultants and managing their capacity
Ensuring key performance indicators and service level agreements are met
Using various technology platforms to view and allocate incoming work for consultants
Report on progression
Ensuring client data and reporting is kept up to date
Ideally have previous project management experience
Strong administrative skills
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Pro-active approach to completing tasks
Strong communication skills
Willingness to take ownership and see a task/project through to completion
Due to the urgency and length of the role, you will be available immediately ideally.
