An elite global law firm are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join the team. Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, the Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Managing end to end recruitment across business services and some fee-earning roles
Working with Hiring Managers to draft job descriptions, obtain approvals to recruit and create requisitions in the Applicant tracking System
Ensuring all roles are advertised appropriately
Sourcing candidates via job adverts, referrals, networking etc.
Liaising with recruitment agencies regarding role briefings, candidate submissions and ensuring ATS is consistently used
Dealing with queries and providing updates to key stakeholders in absence of Recruitment Manager
Screening all candidate applications
Assisting with the maintenance of the ATS and ensuring all data entered is correct
Assisting with tracking regular data on recruitment activity, including number of roles filled, cost savings via direct etc.
Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies
As the Recruitment Advisor, you will possess:
Strong academics to degree level
Solid recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
Knowledge of recruitment market practices and ideally some exposure to legal recruitment
Experience of a professional services environment
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong stakeholder management skills
