My client, a highly successful construction business now has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development partner to join them on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting time to work within the Learning & OD team and this newly created role offers a great opportunity to make a real difference as the organisation have recently gone through a huge transformation. This is a great opportunity to act independently in assessing the needs of the business and coming up with solutions with the support of the wider L&D team. The main purpose of this role is to support the Leadership & Talent Development Manager in delivering the Groups strategic aims to support the business achieve its plan.

To be considered you will require:

  • Excellent knowledge and practical application of all areas of the learning cycle

  • Previous experience of designing and delivering leadership and coaching programmes

  • Experience of rolling out of large learning initiatives across a high performing organisation

  • The ability to build and manage effective relationships with leaders, peers, colleagues, partners and stakeholders

  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills with a proven record of preparing and delivering persuasive, high quality, written and verbal reports and presentations to a senior audience

  • Represent the Leadership and Talent Development Manager, where required

  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills

  • Proactively research and identify best practice initiatives and deliver them as appropriate
