Regional HR Advisor
Your new company
A lifestyle and development organisation operating throughout the UK. Due to continued development, a Regional HR Advisor is required to support the southern business group based in Woking.
Your new role
Reporting into the Regional HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering a full functional advisory service to ensure effective and efficient support is given to staff throughout the south.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: supporting HR projects, employee relations, managing and advising on recruitment and taking part in the selection process, developing new policies, improving employee engagement, up skill line managers and manage HR data for key stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally live in the Surrey area, as this is central to the region and near to core offices. You will be flexible in your work pattern and be able to autonomously manage your own diary to best support your client group. Previous experience in a region role is preferred but not required.
What you'll get in return
Up to £35K pa plus car. You will be given full autonomy to best deliver your outputs in a trusting and flexible organisation.
