My client, a highly successful Social Housing provider now has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

Leading a team of L&D Consultants and working closely with the L&D Business Partnering team you'll play a key part in building a team who are passionate about delivering people development solutions and who are trusted throughout the business.
To be considered you will require:
Education to degree level and/or relevant training experience and ideally CIPD qualification
A proven track record of leading and developing an L&D team and able to engender a strong team spirit
Excellent knowledge and practical application of all areas of the learning cycle
Previous experience of designing and delivering leadership and coaching programmes
Experience of rolling out of large learning initiatives across a high performing organisation
The ability to build and manage effective relationships with leaders, peers, colleagues, partners and stakeholders
Knowledge of budget management
Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills with a proven record of preparing and delivering persuasive, high quality, written and verbal reports and presentations to a senior audience
Ability to interpret data, translate observations and learning into actionable recommendations and produce analytical reports
Strong facilitation and coaching skills
Ability to prioritise own and others' workloads, employ project management principles of and manage projects alongside other priorities to deadline
Experience of evaluating learning interventions and measuring the impact on performance.
Experience of contract management and commissioning of external suppliers
Understanding of organisational development and change psychology
Experience of psychometric tools, such as MBTI, Insights or SDI
