A leading international Management Consultancy are recruiting for a Graduate Recruitment Advisor to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Graduate Recruitment, this role will lead on the overall Graduate Recruitment strategy. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Managing and defining time frames/deadlines for recruiting campaigns

  • Planning and executing large scale recruiting events, setting objectives and ensuring deliverables

  • Analysing data to evaluate outcomes of recruiting initiatives and presenting findings to senior recruiting partners

  • Liaising with potential candidates and global recruiting network

  • Coordinating and scheduling coffee meetings and interviews

  • Managing relationships with sponsored employees on campus

  • Managing relationships with senior stakeholders of universities

  • Developing and managing campus recruitment budgets

  • Leading on strategy and execution of strategies for campus recruitment, working alongside Head of Graduate Recruitment and key stakeholders

  • Managing relevant recruiting activities (marketing, events, screening, interviewing, logistics

  • Specialist projects

As the Graduate Recruitment Advisor, you will possess:

  • Strong education to degree level

  • Experience in recruitment and/or events management

  • Experience working within professional services

  • Strong MS Office skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Professional manner

  • Strong communication skills
