Senior Learning & Development Business Partner
My client, a highly successful Social Housing provider now has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Learning & Development Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis.

Working in partnership with the business and delivering a range of contemporary and digital solutions, you will play a key part in a team who are passionate about people development and are trusted throughout the business.
To be considered to you will require:
Educated to degree level and/or relevant training experience and ideally CIPD qualified
Previous experience of leading and developing an L&D team
Proven experience of working in a Business Partnering capacity
Excellent knowledge of the full learning cycle and contemporary learning solutions
Experience of rolling out of large learning initiatives across a high performing organisation
Proven track record of building and managing strong and effective relationships at all levels
Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills with a proven record of preparing and delivering persuasive, high quality, written and verbal reports and presentations to a senior audience
Experience of evaluating learning interventions and measuring the impact on performance.
Strong facilitation and coaching skills
Experience of contract management and commissioning of external suppliers
Experience of managing projects alongside other priorities to deadline
Understanding of organisational development and change psychology.
Experience of psychometric tools, such as MBTI, Insights or SDI
Experience of using Talent Management tools
