Part-Time Recruitment Coordinator - Legal

A leading UK based Law Firm are recruiting for a part-time Recruitment Coordinator (3 days a week) to join the team. Reporting into the HR Manager, the part-time Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Being a point of contact for all internal and external recruitment enquiries

  • Assisting the Resourcing Manager to deliver a proactive and responsive end to end recruitment service to the firm

  • Supporting the recruiting partners/managers in recruitment activity as needed

  • Booking interviews, updating vacancy lists and drafting adverts for both internal and external use

  • Arranging agency briefings

  • Sole management of the recruitment portal

  • Research projects

  • Internal reporting

  • Working on junior roles where appropriate

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required

As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will possess:

  • Strong academics to degree calibre preferably

  • Strong IT skills and experience of using HR databases, Outlook, Excel and Word

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines whilst maintaining a high attention to detail at all times

  • Professional approach
