Operating as a HR Business Partner you will work in partnership with the HR Director to deliver the strategic objectives in line with HR strategy. As HR BP you will act as a trusted partner providing the business with HR expertise at a functional level.

Key responsibilities include;
Line management responsibility for 1 HR Officer and Payroll Coordinator providing leadership and guidance on day to day HR matters
Take a lead role on project delivery as well as coaching and mentoring members of the HR Team.
Supporting the HR Director in the implementation of HR Strategies in the following areas:
Occupational Health and Well-Being Interventions
Recruitment and Selection, Staffing, Retention and Manning Strategies
Compensation and Benefits Administration including Payroll Processing
Training and Development
Diversity and inclusion initiatives
The successful candidate will have a proven array of highly effective interpersonal and organisational skills with the presence and intellect to influence at all levels, across a range of cultures and geographies.
You will be 'hands on' and have an operational approach
Experience of working with and influencing Trade Unions
Passionate about Human Resources with the drive and resourcefulness to thrive on the significant business opportunities and challenges
Creative, innovative, adaptable and influential - a real team player.
Must be prepared to travel both Nationally and Internationally
Educated to degree level (Essential)
CIPD qualified (essential)
Experience of working with HR , Payroll and Time & Attendance Systems (essential)
Experience of working in a Manufacturing environment (or similar)
