Interim HR Operations Manager

My client are a media and digital communications group based in central London. Due to some internal movement, they require an interim HR operations manager to join them on an ongoing temporary basis.
With overall responsibility for the development, implementation and harmonisation of policies and programmes, alongside the launch of new HR system; the successful individual is a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Drives development and harmonisation of operating procedures and delivers efficient and effective HR services, procedures and processes
Creates and delivers HR data and analytics to monitor trends and inform HR-related decisions
Assist with the implementation and roll out of a new HR system
Be first point of contact for policy and procedure advice
Previous experience in an operational level role
Understanding of working within a large, international organisation
A demonstrated ability to streamline business processes/procedures
Previous experience rolling out HR system
Ability to advise at all levels
