Learning and Development Business Partner (Care+Support)
I am working with a well-established leading housing association based in Central London who are looking for a L+D Business Partner to join them as soon as possible on a permanent basis.
They are looking for someone with specific business functions and building and maintaining effective strong relationships alongside the HR BP, with teams across the business to discuss, identify and deliver on learning and development needs.
The right person will act as a reference point on all L+D matters for various stakeholders, to coach and support managers and their teams through period of change, working closely with the HR BP's to embed change. The right candidate will monitor and review the internal and external environment to ensure compliance and best practise are adhered to in learning and development activities throughout the organisation.
The successful candidate will have the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders, be strong effective communicators across all levels of the organisation both verbally and in writing. Have strong experience of working in a fast-paced L+D role as well as the ability to build effective working relationships, maintain robust relationships and drive collaboration with all stakeholders. It would also be a benefit if you have experience in working in the health sector or care services.
