A small financial services organisation based in Central London is currently looking for someone to join the team in a newly created position managing HRIS, reporting, compensation and HR projects.
The successful individual will join a small HR team and be the "go to" for all analytical matters. Additional responsibilities will include:
Managing the compensation cycle
Leading on any upcoming projects, including regulatory matters
Maintaining the Workday system and reporting
Confident working in an environment where there is the need to act in both a strategic and hands on capacity
Strong analytical and excel skills
Exposure to Workday would be preferred
Knowledge of financial reporting would be ideal
