HR Operations/Projects

A small financial services organisation based in Central London is currently looking for someone to join the team in a newly created position managing HRIS, reporting, compensation and HR projects.

The successful individual will join a small HR team and be the "go to" for all analytical matters. Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the compensation cycle

  • Leading on any upcoming projects, including regulatory matters

  • Maintaining the Workday system and reporting

  • Invoicing

Key requirements:

  • Confident working in an environment where there is the need to act in both a strategic and hands on capacity

  • Strong analytical and excel skills

  • Exposure to Workday would be preferred

  • Knowledge of financial reporting would be ideal
