Resourcing Partner

An experienced Resourcing Business Partner is at a leading markets and commodities house. The Resourcing team manages the end to end recruitment across the organisation, with this role focusing on permanent hiring into primarily front office business areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with HRBP's and business to understand role requirements, ensure appropriate sign off

  • Effective stakeholder management - providing market advice and mapping

  • Robustly challenge market data where necessary to ensure that business remains competitive

  • Accountable for sourcing and initial screening both directly, internally and via chosen partners

  • Manage the interview and offer process - understanding and selling the organisation's EVP, ensuring an efficient and robust interview process, ensuring that contingency hiring plans are in place

  • Oversee screening processes via the shared service centre

  • Promote and deliver success via a direct referral policy

  • Actively manage pipeline reporting ensuring all roles are updated timeously

  • Deliver MI which is timely, accurate and relevant

  • Ensure each hiring process is well documented according to governance model in place and stored appropriately

  • Appropriately govern the PSL list ensuring Agencies hold the correct terms and liabilities

  • Look to further to develop the 'Early in Career Programme' and delivery across the business where possible and applicable

Requirements:

  • Experience gained within an in-house or RPO role, ideally supporting Front Office

  • Experience in hands on end to end resourcing

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage relationships at all levels.

  • Must have excellent service delivery focus, specifically with data integrity

  • Ability to write reports and give professional presentations
