Process and Content Manager
My client is a leader in the Fintech arena urgently seeking a HR Process and Content Manager who can join a project to improve and maintain HR policy, workflow and content management for their Global HR System.
Collaborating with global Content owners in defining and developing Content Management policies, standards, guidelines and procedures for all areas of Human Resources.
Serve as the system administrator for the HR system and knowledge base in providing service excellence while creating and maintaining a seamless HR user experience.
Acquire up-to-date information regarding industry best practices and latest technology to improve internal practices, reduce operational cost and increase operational efficiency.
Define and create process-specific content for the portal (strategy, policy, procedures, news) and ensure content is consistently up-to-date and relevant.
Develop database maintenance procedures including generation, initial load, change control and archiving in order to ensure data integrity.
Proven work experience as a Process/content manager for HR online portal
Hands on experience with MS Office and Visio.
Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing.
Familiarity with social media.
Excellent writing skills in English
Attention to detail and ability to document processes to a clear and high standard.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
An independent and strategic thinker with a hand-on approach.
