Your new role
Responsible for all the Learning and Development Administration processes, ensuring their effective management as well as accuracy and timeliness. You be reporting to the L&D manager and be sitting with the wider L&D team. The administration will be a mixture of manual and system processes to include but not limited to the following: - processing joiners and leavers onto relevant systems, checking and processing of invoices, maintaining the timetable of courses, distribution of Joining Instructions, sending and collating evaluation forms, booking of venues for training courses, maintaining on-line folders and schedules.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will require some learning and development experience or they will be from a HR background with a view of moving into L&D. Candidates from a legal background will be preferred.
