Client Details

Global fashion retailer based in Central London

Description

  • Partnering with Head of Brands in order to secure top talent in the B&M space
  • Grow and maintain an active and passive talent pool
  • Account manager for designated brands
  • Partnering with Hiring Managers to understand their vacancies from a technical point of view and to ascertain their ideal candidate profile. Advising on recruitment processes and best practice, industry insights and when they may need to flex their expectations
  • Acting as an ambassador for all business brands, making sure the right candidates go to the right brands and the candidate experience is second to none
  • Understanding the B&M competitive landscape and talent pools; developing new and innovative ways of engaging and attracting this talent

Profile

Established recruitment experience in agency or in-house

Good understanding of the fashion and buying & merchandising space

Ability to adapt and work on a number of roles at the same time

Strong stakeholder management to partner with various senior individuals with fashion brands
